Welcome to the Monthly Diaper Application for Students Caring for Dependents

We understand that being a student caring for dependents comes with unique challenges, and we’re here to support you. As part of our diaper assistance program, you are eligible to receive up to 50 diapers per month per child. 

In order to qualify for this program your family must be 200% below the federal poverty line.

To ensure timely distribution, please complete this application each month. Fill out all required fields accurately, as this helps us provide the correct supplies for your family.
